Childhood passes all too quickly. One day you are a child the next you are an adult. I am so glad I got to photograph this family at this point in their lives. At 20 months Jack is a busy little boy and I’m so glad we were able to document him just the way he is -bugs, stuffed dogs, cars, tools and all!

*Love*!

What a great session! Later this week I am going to post some information on maternity leave. It is now just under one month before our little girl is supposed to arrive!
Jack sure seems to be having a blast -doesn’t he make it look like it must be a lot of fun?

Asher was the most alert little guy I’ve seen yet. He was very intrigued by the camera and was always staring right at it.

He was making the cutest facial expressions throughout the session and I was able to catch a little yawn . . .

And a little sneeze . . .

This little guy came in and said “Hi, my name is Asher and I love having my picture taken.” and that’s almost a true story. I think we set a record for the quickest newborn session he was just so good.

More of him next week!
I got to take photos of this little girl last week and she was so cute for the camera, she kept smiling and making all sorts of faces. She is only 4 days old here!

Camryn’s grandma made this quilt for her. I just love the colors.

This is one of the many smiles she gave during her session.

How adorable is she? I just love her big eyes!

My mom has saved a lot of the pictures I drew over the years and I know I have some pictures from when I was starting kindergarten that are fun to look back on. Do you save some if your kids best writing and drawing? What do you do with them?

Doesn’t this little girl just look so peaceful? I just love little babies!
