Thank you to everyone on the great feedback we have been getting from the videos! It sure is nice to be married to such a talented guy!
I just want to mention that we will only be shooting for a couple more weeks before taking a break to prepare for our baby’s arrival as well as taking some time to enjoy her when she comes. If you are interested in a session please contact me as soon as possible so we can set something up before we take a break, or we can put you on a waiting list for after. We won’t know until some time after she is born when we will be starting back up again.

While shooting this photo session I took a few clips of video and decided to get Jared to teach me how to put it together. So, here’s a video short {mini} of Nikia. I can’t get over how cute she is!

On Friday I posted the video from this session and now it is time for the photographs! Family sessions are always a lot of fun and this one was no exception.

Photographs are a great way to capture a moment in time. They can capture a baby’s first smile, a child’s cheeky grin, interactions among siblings and the love between a couple. I enjoy being able to capture these moments for people so they can look back on them days, weeks and years later and reminisce. One of the downsides of photography is that it only captures that one moment, that split second. For the last year, Jared and I have been discussing about adding another element in to my photography sessions -video. Video has the ability to connect these moments.
We will now be offering photo & video sessions and are discounting all photo & video sessions for 2010, with an additional discount given to the first 3 sessions booked.
